Something about "walking to the sun"

Heard a song in Home Depot of all places, and I've been looking for it forever.

its somewhat alternative, I guess... a new-ish melodic rock song (probably no older than 5-7 years, if even newer).

The lyrics go something to the effect of (some words may be wrong)"

"Now I'm walking to the sun...."

I also believe the phrase "never be the same" is in the song somewhere...

(The end of the main line in the chorus ends in "the suuuuuuun"... the word "sun" being held for a few seconds).

I know, this sounds goofy... its the best I can describe it...

I'm quite sure that this isn't the song you're describing, but I thought I'd throw it out there: "Crawling Towards the Sun" by the Hush Sound.
For one thing, the lyrics don't match up, and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't play it in a Home Depot, but it is alternative and rock-ish.

Ace of Base released "I Saw The Sign" about 7 or 8 years ago... I know the lyrics sound alot like "I saw the sun," because the last word is so drawn out. I hope this helps!
