can anyone help me to read that 7 ,2,3,8?? i know 7 is pronounced as a 'H'. how about others?? can anyone explain to me pls???

Hello sweetz.. i hope i make sense.. here goes..
Each digits represent a sounds in arabic that does not have an equivalent in english, e.g. the 7 is a hard H from within the throat kinda thing

2 --> ء which is the glottal stop, like when you say "Apple", it's the 1st sound
3 --> ع which is a double A sound..
'3 --> غ which is a strong "gh" sound
5 --> خ is a “kh”
6 --> ط which is a deep T from the top of the throat
'6 --> ظ which is a strong "dh" sound
7 --> ح which is a sharp H from the throat
8 --> ق which is a sound softer than “g” sorry dono how to explain it properly
9 --> ص which is a deep S sound
'9 --> ض which is also a strong "dh" sound, the same as '6
