Schindler's List - Identify a song

Hi everyone, actually this thread belongs in the "Identify it" section, but since I believe the song is German I thought I could get my question answered more quickly in here

This is the song in its Polish version:

but the melody is played in "Schindler's List" during some German party, so I figure the original version is German and I'd like to know what it's called. I would be very grateful for your help in identifying it
