there are two reasons for this dear: in arabic you can use the male form with both male and female
and the second reason, the main reason and since it is not formal arabic, is that if he says shlounech the answer would be "zeinah" not "zain" and the song is a commercial for the telecommunication company named Zain so the whole point of the commercial would be lost
