This is from the 1955 film Lahn Al Wafaa ( Melody of Faith) The singer is an Egyptian actress Mary Ezz Eldeen, The song's lyrics by Fathi Oura who was a very famous Egyptian song writer in the past, and the composer is Ibrahim Hassen
