Mostly instrumental song.....sort of hip-hop but not really...

This song is mostly instrumental....strong drums....prominent piano riff all through song (sample attached....me trying to play it on keyboard)

There is a couple times where a guy kind of talks in a cadence....he says something like:
"North South East West"....and another time I THINK he says "Let's go get Sally"....could be totally wrong about that.

The tune (piano) is very catchy and it sounds to me like an 80's or 90's song....even though I said it was sort of hip-hop....I don't mean like now (all hardcore)....it's a very poppy song....but sounds like black artists....
