Hi -=- I was in this store in Bayshore mall in Milwaukee, WI. They played a fast song (not slow) that sounded like a woman rap and she said I think "you can make the rain stop" and it was really cool.

I would love to know the artist and the name. At one point they say, "it's raining men" they quote that old song, but they don't say allhelulia. Just It's raining men.

I can't rmember too much more, but it had a really cool beat.
