This may be a novice question; but, can this style of music be put into one specific category or genre?

I certainly hope someone can identify the name and/or artist of the track directly. It would make things easier; however, I am very intrigued by the style of the song, and was hoping I could find more like it (and maybe a better/extended version of the song in question to make it easier to identify).
