    when the s has the thing under it, doesn't it have the 'sh' sound of english, and the u with the dots above isn't it pronounced as the french 'u' ???

    let me give example for a few turkish characters:

    ΤΑ ΣΧΟΙΝΑ (ta şina)
    it is a good eleftheria song and i wrote its reading in Turkish

    ΤΖΕΖΒΕΣ (cezves)

    ΤΣΕΠΙ (çepi)

    ç=τσ
    ş=σχ
    c=τζ

    they r all turkish characters. i dont know any FRENCH

    kalispera (iyi günler)

    I think that in Greek ş is pronounced like heavy s [ss] and not [σχ], but it's your language and you know better!

    parapono I think that Maria is right? Don't you have a x sound???If not how do you pronounce Afion Karahisar? Our x is that h sound
