I have the song you asked. So I listened the first part (the first two lines), the others I found them in the site of Eleftheria Arvanitaki. The music is folk, the lyrics sang by Arvanitaki are not, the lyrics sang by the man are folk

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I need to get a song translated for my husband as it is going to be our 6th year anniversary next Saturday.

The song is called "An Den Ipirhes" and is from her 100% album.

I was in a car accident a few years ago just after our wedding and was in a coma for a good few weeks - the rehab was painful and he stood by me so hard, so strong so patiently ... that I don't think I ever would have stood on my own two feet if it weren't for him. Translating this is crucial as it sums up just what I want to say in terms of a thank you.
