Artist or Title (Old Country) help please

I remember the words from when I was a kid. I gave my dog a bone, and my dog said thank you. All good dogs say thank you too just like all good children do. He procedes to go through a whole list of animals they all say thank you in there sound.

My dad used to alweys play this on an 8 track player. Can anyone identify this one for me.

I remember that song, too, because my sister always sang it.

I think it might be Eddie Cantor. He had a Capitol Record 78 rpm with a children's song called, "Maxi the Taxi" (music by Billy May)... I think this may have been on the "B" side.

I haven't located the record so I don't know much more.
