It is a Portuguese song, not my style but here are the lyrics:
Quero Eurocu - BandaLusa
Quero eurocu, quero eurocu
Quero eurocu que me rende muito mais
Quero eurocu, quero eurocu
Quero eurocu gastá-lo nunca é demais
Greetings!
Sorry, cms... I founded lyrics in the web and just copied here without listening to the song.
I learnt it was composed at the genesis of the European Union when its currency was supposed to be called ecu, which sounds extremely vulgar and offensive in Portuguese. Later, it was called euro, as it is, and this band has just made fun of this whole situation. For us, portuguese speakers, it sounds really bad... lol... but funny at all! So, here are lyrics, corrected after listening to your link and some other on Youtube.
Sorry again, being Brazilian it is sometimes a bit difficult to understand what they say.
Greetings from Brazil, where Real is going well and we don't have to worry about ecus or eurocus! LMAO !!!!
(btw, where are our portuguese members here? Correct lyrics if I failed some, will you?... thanks!)

The lyrics refer to the ECU, a former European currency used only for financial transactions, and which was the predecessor of the current Euro.

Of course, because "cu" means "***" in Portuguese, there are a few bad jokes made with this.
So the lyrics would read something like,
-> "You have no @ss anymore, how are you going to pay?"
