bulbul, nice job! I'm not the best person to do this, but I know that when I ask for corrections, I really want them... so here are some ideas. (I feel strange to do this, since my Turkish is also something like "extremely bad" :P, but we'll learn together, then.)

*the -sam/sem ending on verbs (like in yazsam, söylesem, etc... is "conditional"... meaning is something like "if (only)" or expresses a desire. Every line here can be understood that way.)
