Needn major help.....

I downloaded a ringtone from sumwhere n it came to my phone as Youre all I need..
The lyrics go Girl I love you and I've changed my ways,My heart is yours forever and always,But tonight girl tonight you're all I need
Its a guy singing but at the end there is a female voice coming on to harmonize. For the life of me I have tried all kinds of search engines and sites and cannot find ot. I am hoping someone will be able to tell me what it is! Ty for your help.:-)

Is it an old song? With those lyrics.. the only thing that comes to mind is Baby Tonight by Marlon Jackson.
