Notes on some of the wordplay/references:

"Calmer"/Karma.

"Mos Eisley cantina"
= rough alien bar in the Star Wars movies.

"space Bar serves punches?
= punches/punchlines -and- "punch" is mixed party drink, usually with alcohol.
"no huge proof"
=no great evidence of his punchlines -and- 'proof' means 'alcoholic %'.
so.. his are just weak punches.
"mixers fade your ****"
= 'mixers' reduce alcoholic %. like 'filler'. ref: punches/proof etc.
and.. mixing desks remove his parts from tracks.

"you irritated sk'n. I burnt you. caustic soda"
= retribution.
he irritated the rapper "Sk'n".
skin irritant is minor compared to caustic soda (which melts flesh).

"Challenger burnt"
= he selected me for this battle instead of it being randomized. so he's the 'challenger' here.
'Challenger' is the name of a NASA "Space" shuttle which burnt up. everyone on it died.

"End with caps"
= in his last drop, spacebar ended his lines using all capital letters.
"Kung Lao" =
= classic 'mortal combat' character, decapitates enemies by throwing his hat (/cap). finishing move.
" 'llow it "
= slang 'allow it'. bait move.

"space in a grave"
= put him in the grave. but also 'space'/spacious, so it's large enough for a mass burial.

his punches did lack do to his word play I agree with you on that. but he was pretty creative with it. instead of dissing it, I give him props for the effort behind it.

Based on vocab, word play, and multi syllable rhyming structure, and punches Space got it.
SBU you were crative as well but space won this in my p.o.
