JC Penney song?

Okay whenever I go into JC Penney I hear this song but its always so loud in there I can barely hear it. It sounds like the Police but none of their songs are it from what I've researched so far. It sounds like some of the lyrics in the chorus are "there is no other way" but again, when I googled the lyrics none of the songs that came up were that song so I could be wrong on that also. Anyway I know in the past you guys have done a damn good job of identifying songs for me just based on clips of me humming/whistling parts of the song so I guess I'll do that again.

Again, I'm guessing it's a 70's or 80's song, and it sounds like the singer is Sting (the Police) but I'm not 100% sure. Thanks in advance.
