Opening lines, as far as I can tell:
In India when the rain comes down / spirits move below the ground
You talk to men in voices clear / all they seek is very dear??
Martin79 would like to bump this.

Ρεμπέτικο για πάντα. Μάγκες είμαστε.
OK, and next time please use ANY other filehosting service except speedyshare!
If the file had been put on zippyshare, it would still be there now!
Speedyshare is really the worst of the worst with rocket-fast deletion intervals, I can't recommend it to anyone.
TENTATIVE LYRICS
(01m30) In India when the rain comes down
the spirits move below the ground
they talk to men in voices clear
all they seek is buried here
the moon that spins in outer space
once looked down another race
night comes down in the emerald green
earth revolves like a new machine
good is everything that brings people together
bad is everything that keeps them apart
we don't need a national flag
we got a natural color
so many, many heartbeats
and just one heart
(02m18) there's a brand new (??? and ??dynasty??)
in the word technology
serpent talk, it is blind
got an electronic brain and a digital mind
the sun still rises in the same old sky
it puts the brightness in your eye
night comes down like a crimson flood
earth is red, it's drank its blood
good is everything...
(04m25) in Africa the young woman sings
of forgotten times with kings and queens
rhythm in the rainfall, rhythm in the heat
rhythm in the head, (coming up the feet)
stars still burn in constellations
once the pride of the Zulu nation
night comes down [END of sample]
Editing your lyrics, if you don't mind =)
Also, my sissie and I sat around for ages analyzing features of the song. We've determined it, likely, as very minimalistic house or minimalistic American pop, 120 BPM, American origin. The instruments we can identify are a 808 and 909, and a DX-7, probably putting this in 84 squarely. Weren't the 80's the rise of Indie? If so, this might be from an artist really obscure.

Just found this thread via "se googles". Better late than never i am happy to solve this.
The instrumental version of the 12inch is on the massive BL-Tape 19-86.
Enough banter, i'm talking about
