Song Identification

Hello,

I would like to get some help with finding a song that I hear at work when I'm on hold. I don't have very much to go on sorry, it's sung by a woman and has the lyrics "crying out for him now", and ends with over and over again. It's a slow song. Any help would be appreciated.
