Return to the Green Beret

Many years ago I was on a road trip and I heard a song that I think was called the Return to the Green Beret. It was a ballad about the child of a green beret who had died in battle. It was the same tune as The Green Beret. That was the only time that I ever heard the song and I have never met anyone else who heard it. If it does exist I am sure this is the place to find it. I would love to hear it again and if anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated.

i love the green beret album by sgt. barry sadler. try to do a search on him, i'd almost bet you'll find what you're looking for. i remember the song, but not the name. hope this helps.
