Old song trying to find the Group

Okay guys there was an R&B group that had one single that I remember in 1992 or 1993. I remember most of the lyrics but I have no clue who sings it and it's driving me mad. I don't think you want me to type out the whole song but I believe the title of it was either "My Conscious" or "My Conscious Says No".
