Previously I asked someone to have these lyrics transcribed in german, but never asked for an english translation. Do you think you could translate them for me?

It's just a trial. I'm not happy with it... Unfortunately it's not a good 1:1 translation but you will get the meaning...
It sounds quite suggestive in English but it isn't in German.

Only because c**k is slang for you-know-what. That is actually a common word for rooster.

Rosy mouth would be correct. Meaning red (rose colored) lips

This is hard to translate directly, I think it means that she pushes me away (upon leaving me), lets go of my hands
dieweil ich scheiden muß von ihrer Brust.
meanwhile, I must leave (depart) from her breast

Means something like: She takes my hands and presses them for farewell,as I have to leave her breast.

Hände drücken is to press somebody else's hands with a feeling that comes fromt the heart. Insteda of hugging someone, you press the hands, but with the same inner feelings.

THank you for translating into german. I think its a difficult text as it is written in older german way. We speak different today.

I'm fond of my girl
that gives me pleasure.
She presses and takes for farewell, for farewell my hands
while I have to part from her breast.
