Can anyone help me identify this song?!?

I work POS at a CT kohls and they always play this song and I can't find it when i google the lyrics. it's a woman singing it and i want to say it has a man start out in the beginning but you don't hear him again the rest of the song, i could be wrong about there being a male voice though. the lyrics are something like this:

"people say i'm crazy but i suppose(?)" and then at the end of the chorus its like "when you need me I wont be there(?)"
