Title/Artist of this Alternative Rock song. Searching it from years

This song sounds like an alternative rock 90's song, i listened it on an italian vhs 'bout football in 2003 and from then i've never ever found the title or the artist of that song. No trace everywhere.

2) got lucky, Gracenote found the name for me...
