Hip-Hop "baby talk" lyrics? Any ideas?

There's a hip-hop song out, released in the last year or two, that's very fast tempo'ed and features a female vocalist. The majority of the lyrics seem to be an adult female speaking baby talk, like "bee goo, bee goo ga gee goo" etc. (Sorry, it's rather difficult to explain/type lyrics when there aren't any actual words)

I think there may be some actual words somewhere in the song, but none that I remember at all. I know it was fairly popular at one point. Heard it on the radio... instrumentals were just featured in the background of MTV's Fabulous Life of Rags to Riches...

It's been bugging the heck out of me and no end of google searchs have turned up anything. Thanks in advance for any tips or hints!

the style of "baby talk" your reffering to might be scat :Scat singing is vocalizing either wordlessly or with nonsense words and syllables as employed by jazz singers who create the equivalent of an instrumental solo using only the voice.
