Help Identify Song

Hi People

Wondering if someone can please help me figure out the title of this song its an old techno track

Track starts off and there a voice that sounds like it says "BOOM BOOM BOOM and the speakers BOOM" then there is submarine like ping at intervals and quite a few awesome beats

The only other lyrics I can hear are the where the same voice says (sounds like anyway) "beat up a parking ground beat up a parking ground" "BOOM BOOM BOOM and the speakers BOOM"

I will try and post a wav file as I have this song but its on tape and I need to locate a working tape player assuming the tape still works :P

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hey peeps after much searching I realized I had a tape player in the car and it didnt even chew the tape!
