Default Martinho Da Vila - Visgo De Jaca

Good morning all! Can someone please translate this song to Spanish or English? There are alot of words here that don't appear in the dictionary...

    Já caçou bem-te-vi
    Insitiu no sofrê
    É o diabo
    Gaiolou curió
    E calou o mainá
    É o diabo

Segurou com o visgo da jaca
    Cambaxirra, coleiro cantor
Tal e qual me prendeu a morena dendê
    No amor...
    São Francisco, amigo da mata
    Justiceiro, viveiro quebrou
Mas não viu que a morena maltrata e me faz sofredor

    Minha terra tem sapê, arueira
    Onde canta o sabiá
E a morena quer me ver na poeira
    E sem asa prá voar

i´ll try...lol...martinho da vila is a great singer/composer, but as you know, in music some words/grammar are not really correct. i guess that´s why you're having some problems w/the lyrics.
well, to start: there are some bird (bem-te-vi, curió, mainá) and tree names (aroeira and jaca - actually a very sweet, gluey fruit) here i don´t know the translation
i think the whole idea is about love: the guy is suffering because he loves a brunette lady who doesn´t care about him, she´s mean, captured his heart, like someone who keeps a bird in a cage.
    hope it helps, cheers,

    Here's my try
This song was written on nonstandard Portuguese, this is why you didn't find the words in the dictionary; But it doesnt mean they are wrong the Nonstandard language is as good as the Standard, it's just a matter of context ^^

    Visgo De Jaca [1]

    Já caçou bem-te-vi //He/she has chased bem-te-vi [2]
Insitiu no sofrê //Insisted on suffering
    É o diabo //It's the Devil
Gaiolou curió //has Put Curió in a cage [3]
E calou o mainá //and got the Mainá silent [4]
    É o diabo //It's the Devil

Segurou com o visgo da jaca //he/she catched with the visgo de jaca
    Cambaxirra, coleiro cantor // [5]
Tal e qual me prendeu a morena dendê //In the same way, the brunette woman has catched me
    No amor... //in the Love...
São Francisco, amigo da mata //Saint Francis, the friend of the forests
Justiceiro, viveiro quebrou // righteous, broke the bird's cage
Mas não viu que a morena maltrata e me faz sofredor //but he didn't see that the brunette woman mistreats me and makes me suffer

Minha terra tem sapê, arueira //In my land there is sapê, arueira [6]
Onde canta o sabiá //where the sabiá sings
E a morena quer me ver na poeira //and the brunette woman wannna see me in the dust
E sem asa*prá voar //and without wings to fly

[1] “Visgo” is a liquid that comes from the 'Jaqueira' (the tree from which we get this fruit called 'jaca'.); or it comes from the jaca..i dont remember! XD It is very gummy, so it is used as a glue in Bird Trapping (this is why he says “catched with the 'visgo de jaca' Cambaxirra, coleiro cantor”).
    jaca:

    [2] bem-te-vi, [3]Curió, [4]Mainá, [5]Caxambirra, coleiro = Species of birds;
    [6] Species of trees.
