Smile PLease Help! I have to know the artist name

Please, can anyone help me I need to know the artist name and or the name of this song.

The song is about a truck driver that has a load that is running late for a delivery and he does anything to get it there on time.

    The last sentence spoken is.

"I drive for brown dogs off tap express livestock delivery!"

It sounds like an Australian artist.

The copy I have is bad and would like to get a good copy of this song.

    Thanx

Question Have the Lyrics But Do Not Know The Artist

Ihave the lyrics to an Australian Truck Drivers Song ( Country ) But I do not know the artist.
    Can anyone please help.

    The song Goes;

Well I was rollin along, tryin to make up time.
I was crackin in the eyes with the little white line, and the effodrine pills I'd been takin all night long.
Well I knew that it was a big mistake.
But I'd had a run 'o' luck that had made me late.
And i had six decks for a boat to the Philipines.
Well I knew the boat wasn't gunna wait, so I wound her out to a dollar fifty eight.
And prayed that I didnt run into the fuzz.
Well see my log book was way behind, well that means I'd left it home this time.
That only added to the exitement and the fun.
Well now when just when things couldn't get any worse,
Somthin happened that made me curse,
As I saw the rubber flyin in the rear veiw mirror.
Now changin the tyres would burn up time, so i pushed the mirrors a little out a line,
So I couldn't see what the hell was goin on.
I was right off tap and zipping along, Hank Williams Jnr was playing a country song,
About how things turned out real good in the end.
I was riding the crest and nearly at the top, and I was backing through the gears so my rig wouldn't stop,
When I felt the familiar tug of the brakes locking on.
Now believe it or not, I worked out in my head, that I had fifty two brake shoes stopping me dead,
And six hundred big yellow *****cats pulling them along.
With six hundred cats and fifty two shoes, I figured the smaller number would lose,
As I smoked and squealed and skidded over the hill.
I was making full noise and backin outa high, too smashed to think that I might be gunna die,
My powdered brain was ticking like a dropkick clock.

    Blah, Blah, Blah!

    The last bit of the song goes;

I had six decks of steerslaying on their side, but they all stood up when the truck motor died,
They where grinning like idiots and high on adrenaline.
Then one bloke said "Mate Who Do You Drive For?" I said "Don't You Mean Who'd I Nearly Die For!"
"IT WAS BROWN DOGS OFF TAP EXPRESS LIVESTOCK DELIVERY!"

    Please help me!
