HELP! Music from MTV ad.

I've been trying to find the song playing in the first half of this http://youtu.be/pHQbfMNKGs8 but nobody seems to know the name. If you know please let me know, it's killing me!!

Ah, just about every Aussie who watches TV hears this tune ... a lot. I have a feeling the tune was made specifically for an ad.

Sadly (don't tell the silly TV execs who concern themselves with a show's ratings as per ad revenue,) there are those like myself, who, simply tune out completely to their ad breaks. I know the tune, I hear it a lot, but it's for .... and I'd be guessing what the ad is, but I have a feeling it's for either a baby product ... or toilet paper or some cereal for kids. :-D

Next time I hear it, I'll know the name of the ad and from there someone can work out the tune's particulars.

Maybe another Aussie out there, might know the ad off the top of their head.

I also heard it on the first episode of Jessica Simpson's "The Price of Beauty" and in a commercial for Universal Channel . I really wish I could find out if this is a song or just something made for ads. I tweeted Universal asking for this and they said they would "get back to me", but that happened about a month ago, so...

I'm still no closer to finding anything the tune. But I thought I'd just update in case it helps someone else, or someone who's familiar with the advertising agencies here in Australia.

I'm finding it annoying that there doesn't seem to be any public website that lists the various Aussie advertising agencies and the ads they are responsible for. I'm wondering how they ever find work. >:-)

The same jingle is also used in an ad for Leapfrog's tag reading system, that's presently being aired ... I've only noted it the last couple of days, but then again, seeing how it's been a bit wet outside, the tv has been on in the afternoons. I have been unable to track down any video for that ad. The jingle seems to be slightly longer, but it could just seem that way.

I am still yet to find the product that used this jingle exclusively a few years ago.
