Red face Erkan Oğur-Derdim çoktur hangisine yanayim

    Hello my friends
    I need your help please

    Derdim çoktur hangisine yanayım
    Yine tazelendi yürek yarası
Ben bu derde hande derman bulayım
    Meğer dost elinden ola çaresi
    Efendim efendim benim efendim
    Benim bu derdime derman efendim

    Türlü donlar giymiş gülden naziktir
    Bülbül çevreyleme güle yazıktır
    Çok hasretlik çektim bağrım eziktir
    Güle güle gelir canlar paresi
    Efendim efendim benim efendim
    Benim bu derdime derman efendim

    Benim uzun boylu servi çınarım
    Yüreğime bir od düştü yanarım
    Kıblem sensin yüzüm sana dönerim
    Mihrabımdır kaşlarının arası
    Efendim efendim benim efendim
    Benim bu derdime derman efendim

    Pir Sultanım katı yüksek uçarsın
    Selamsız sabahsız gelir geçersin
    Dilber muhabetten niye kaçarsın
    Böylemiydi yolumuzun töresi
    Efendim efendim benim efendim
    Benim bu derdime derman efendim

    Thank you so much.

    Çok teşekkür ederim selimcim

I had some questions, just to make sure I got this right...

    Jeans... Is that right??

    What is (Pir)?
    a name I'm guessing

    And about (Başımın derdi)
I kind of figured it out myself (with a hint from your translation)
    since you didn't tell me

    Başım> my head
    -ın> of
    derd> pest/trouble/problem

    Which means all together>>>

That I am an annoying person!
am I annoying? O derece yani!

Well, I find it so incredibly complicated! But it still nice...
indeed. for this reason I've written WYSIAYG, i.e.
    WhatYouSeeIsAllYouGet

as a tradition, the poet refers to him in the last quatrain of the poem,
so it seems Pir Sultan or more precisely Pir Sultan Abdal, a famous poet,
whose poems need some extra knowledge in understanding the archaic
    language and the symbols used
furthermore singers may have changed some words, which sometimes
makes the poem meaningless even if not funny.

I had some questions, just to make sure I got this right...
    Jeans... Is that right??
I guess you refer to the following

    Türlü donlar giymiş gülden naziktir
(she) has put on jeans* of all sorts, more delicate than rose,

had I translated it verbatim in today's language, it would be

she has put on all sorts of underpants, she is more delicate than rose,

now let us have a look at my favourite dict
    http://www.ingilizcesozluk.gen.tr/sozluk.php?word=don
    and get the relevant meaning

don 1. underpants. 2. coat, color (of a horse). 3. archaic clothing, garment.

so I modernized the word to "jeans", but I've signalled it by a star, in case ...
    as I have changed
muhabbet meaning somewhat affectionate friendly conversation to chat ...

    What is (Pir)?
pir is a word of persian origin with the meaning
    (from my notes)
    [21]- [peer]
    ++ Adjective
    Old aged;
    ++ Noun;
    1. An old man or woman; (e.g.)
    2. A saint;
    also the founder or leader of a religious sect;
and from TDK we confirm that it's really a persian
    word, plus
    4.
mec. Herhangi bir konuda, bir meslekte deneyim kazanmış, eskimiş kimse, guru.
fig. someone who has gained experience, become old in a field, in a profession, a guru

in fact it's a title, like king of wisdom, highness of wisdom

    And about (Başımın derdi)
I kind of figured it out myself (with a hint from your translation)
    since you didn't tell me
    Başım> my head
    -ın> of
    derd> pest/trouble/problem
    Which means all together>>>
That I am an annoying person!
am I annoying? O derece yani!
first of all, the word is dert, not derd,
when used as "the dert" , due to the -i sufffix
to cover "the" it softens and becomes derdi

what for a definition is this, giving the major meaning as pest.

i've seen that before, even in a translation where dert is
    given the meaning as pest.

dert means trouble in turkish, and pain in persian mainly.
cancer is also a dert, why not include in the definition!

when meine swaegerin (brother's wife) did something
nice and unexpected for me, I called her "aslan" which in return
asked me, annoyed, "am I an animal?"

when you move to east apparent and underlying meanings
get laid on top of each other

i've searched net to find out a similar usage in english and
    came with the following ...
    ...
The one person that can tick me off is
    my sweet annoyance grandmother ...
    ...
by the way, i hope, it's not an insult

it's to my wonder how you can be full of joy in a moment
    and furious in the next...

    (cığım) (cım) same meaning?!

indeed. for this reason I've written WYSIAYG, i.e.
    WhatYouSeeIsAllYouGet

I DID NOT SEE THIS (wysiayg)!!! Even though I would never have guessed the meaning!!!

first of all, the word is dert, not derd,

    I know I was WRONG

when used as "the dert" , due to the -i sufffix
to cover "the" it softens and becomes derdi

    Omg...just like magic
No one told me about it!!!
I thought it was the same derd in the song!!!

what for a definition is this, giving the major meaning as pest.
i've seen that before, even in a translation where dert is*
    given the meaning as pest.

    Ummm, WYSIAYG !!!

dert means trouble in turkish, and pain in persian mainly.
cancer is also a dert, why not include in the definition!

    I swear I don't know!!!
Turkish is enough in the meanwhile, I don't know a word in Persian.

when meine swaegerin (brother's wife) did something
nice and unexpected for me, I called her "aslan" which in return
asked me, annoyed, "am I an animal?"

    Yeah, is she an animal?!
    How could you say that!!!

    (meine swaegerin)???

i've searched net to find out a similar usage in english and
    came with the following ...
    ...
The one person that can tick me off is*my sweet annoyance grandmother ...
    ...

Oh yeah, now you sugar coated it!
    It's even worse
    Selim yaş kaç???
I'm 24 how can I be your grandma!!!

by the way, i hope, it's not an insult

Well, if you had told me the meaning straight away we probably didn't need to all these searching and pests

it's to my wonder how you can be full of joy in a moment
    and furious in the next...

The thing is I don't get things mixed up (I'm trying)
Fine I can honestly say you have done a great job and thank you very very very much...but I still don't like (Başımın derdi)
another thing is that you take every word seriously whereas I am quite the opposite I mean I'm just kidding.

    Keep wondering...
