such a beautiful song from what i hear, but i would love to understand the song and im sure that would be more beautiful . so could anyone please translate this in english for me ?

what does he mean when he says "i am the last of lovers"?

"i am the last of lovers" means no one will ever love after me.. here he gives his love a sense of greatness, that, people may fall in love, but it will never be of the same standards as his love to his beloved.
