This is driving me crazy!
It's a lady singing, and this song has a light tune, and I think there was a really light xylophone sound in the background.

I know the tune of the song, just not the lyrics. I tried to look it up online, but no anvil. So I'm guessing the lyrics I have in my head might be wrong? What I thought the song lyrics are:
