I heard it at a club this year.. I can completley hum it but since I dont know spanish I cant google it.. It sounds like he is saying tonkatalk tonktalk a whole bunch of other words then sounds like party then oooooooo!! It has a hard hitting beat! I have always loved it but cant find it!

I just remember it being really heavy in bass... it says the lyrics and then has a really heavy bass drop!

That's good, we're getting somewhere. If it's a deep voice then it is possibly someone like Tego Calderon or Pit Bull. I think there may be sites where you can do that. Or you can get a cell phone, record yourself humming it, and sending it online.
