Dallou3a (the original!)

Hi everyone. I already asked for some lyrics and I didnt get any reply, I hope this time my request will be fullfilled though I guess it will be difficult, because once more I couldn't find the lyrics anywhere (I even tried searching in arabic, as I did with the other song, "Stop stop ya taxi el hob").
Anywhere I only find the lyrics of the medley song with Rola Saad, as if the original "Ana keda dallou3a" was completely forgotten.

I know it's long, but even a partial transcription would be great (like half song... too long as well?), possibly in arabic script and then, if you want, also in latin alphabet. The translation would be optional (I'm happy if you put it, but it's fine also if you don't). Thank you.
