like a John Mayer song

Ok...I've heard this song a couple of times while shopping at Kohls. It's a male vocalist and the song sounds acoustic. Kinda like a John Mayer song..... The chourus says "I need to...., I need to ....., I've been looking for a girl like you. .........say you feel the same way too" I know it's not a lot to go on, but I've tried and still trying to find this song. Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated.
