techno type song

I'm hearing this song at the Kohls I work in. It starts with a guy singing almost like a techno type song then towards the middle a girl joins in. It's like a techno song. I don't know any lyrics to it. It's kind of hard to understand. Then towards the middle of the song it sounds like the beginning of the song again. Maybe someone knows what song it is? I work again tomorrow and I'll listen again to see if I can make out any lyrics

The lyrics are hard to understand but it sounds like the girl says "if you..." i dont know the rest. Then later into the song it sounds like the lyric could be "I'm not giving up." Any idea on what this song could be?
