Christmas piece

So I have a real challenge here. I've been working at Kohls for 4 years and every Christmas we play a classical, instrumental Christmas piece that sounds like it came out of a Charles Dickens novel. It sounds like a waltz to me, but since it's purely instrumental and has no lyrics I can not find the title ANYWHERE.

I would LOVE to have this song for my collection as I am a big fan of classical. Please help? Santa will send you extra presents if you can give me any leads!

I think you're asking about the song called "The Holly and the Ivy". There are a lot of versions of this song. I don't know which version is played at Kohl's.
