"I'm a skinny guy"

So I was in Kohls last night in Ct and they played this song ( I only heard the last little bit) and I really would like to know what it was. It was a male singer and the only verse I sort of remember was " I'm a skinny guy" (or maybe boy) and another part where he sings "you're beautiful ".....I know its not much to go on but the key words were skinny and beautiful....I have searched lyrics and can't find a thing. It was nicely sung and you could not help but tap your foot to it. Any help would be great. Thanks so much.
