phoenix or mgmt

I heard that song again that sounds like it could be by phoenix or mgmt. I happened to be on break with no one in the breakroom when I heard it but it's hard to understand because the singer sounds like he has an accent. I did however manage to hear one lyric. It was "so don't stop" and then it sounds like "la la la la" the lyrics after that could be "dance?" Thats the best I could describe it.
