    Question help!!!

I have been working at Kohls for 3 years now, and I CAN'T FIND THIS ONE SONG!!!!!

It seems like it is newer, maybe only played for a few months now and it starts off with what sounds like a flute...then he sings.."is there more to change..." its always hard to right down the lyrics because of customers! The flute sound keeps coming in and out of the song, it almost sounds like a theme to NYPD Blue or something!! I know he also sings "no one else should know..." or something.

I know I'm not giving much to work with, but THANK YOU!!!!

I know exactly what song you're talking about. I haven't been able to find it yet. None of the lyrics show up on the web. Here's what I have:

No one else should know, there's nowhere else to go where you call home
    There's more to this
    There's more to take
    Ungracious cries
    Insincere waves goodbye
Spend this fortune on hated life
    Interest wait in line
    Every wish has shed
If you ignore me I'll wait, if only to fight for to see you tonight

I think I first heard this song in July. The song is very quiet and the flute gives it a Native American feel. The singer sounds like a mellower Jakob Dylan. Those lyrics are quite distinctive. I was wondering when someone would ask about it. If I find it, I'll post it. If anyone else finds it, let us know.

I don't know if anyone has answered this yet...it was hard to find. It's called "Home" by Martinez and Guthrie, but it seems to be super obscure and I can't actually find the track anywhere.

If you'll be so kind, I have a query. They used to play this song a few years ago, and it's the ONE Kohl's song ever to escape me. I dont remember all the lyrics I once knew, but here are some bits:

I treated your love like an anchor and wanted to lose it...
Safe in your arms, there's nothing to it...
Where are you now, now that your ???...
    ...just couldn't lose you again...
...moments when we sparkled in the sun...

It's a guy singing it. Sorry if this is really vague, but if anyone can help me out, I'd be really grateful!! thanks

Is there any chance that you can remember some details to describe what this song sounds like?
There are a lot of songs that I would recognize even though I don't know the lyrics.
