Long time no see. Just wanted to share with you, that I've finally found the song. Its called "Maria" from Blondie. They just had this song running on the radio for a few seconds and with a little research I was able to find it.
Took me ten years, fairly. You might want to compare my Summing and Piano, the "Bell" description as well.
