Who knows this spanish song?

Hi everyone! God bless. Amen. About 15 year ago I used to listen to a song in the Dominican Republic where I was born, but today I only remember only a few of its sentences:

"carro de israel y su gente de a caballo
el manto nos ha quedado para cruzar el jordan
El profeta le dijo a Eliseo tu no sabes lo que has pedido
sera que si me mirares el manto te quedara."
and the other part of the song used to say:

"enemigos de mi ciudad que me asechan y me persiguen
pero quedaran postrados por el carro de Israel."

i think it's a song quoted from 2 kings in the bible, that's all that comes up. probably the whole song is written right in there. they write lots of church songs like that, just sing bible verses to a tune, so if you remember how the tune goes then i think you can get the lyrics out of a bible.
