"I think I'm falling in love with you again" techno song

Came out around mid 2008. I was deployed and saw it on tv but never got the name of artist nor song. It's not exactly a techno song, it's a slower but a slightly more upbeat. I know its a guy, keeps repeating through most of the song "I think I'm falling in love with you again."
I thought it was bass hunter but I think Its not him, around same time David guetta was first coming out in Europe I believe. I saw his music video on tv around same time as this song as well. It's just been stuck in my head and been trying to finding it.
