simple arabic songs?

I am looking for Arabic songs that are simple. It would help me a lot in learning Arabic. Simple lyrics, simple grammatical structures as possible would be great. Any suggestions? I hope there are a couple of songs by Fairouz with simple lyrics that I can study. I like her songs. Or this band called Jadal. They have got great songs. Thanks in advance.

Depend which dialect you prefer to learn, but if you don't mind then Amr Diab have nice songs with very easy lyrics.

If it's lebanese that you prefer, i don't think Fairuz is the most easy for the "simple lyrics".
