Notice: As I've already written in former threads, translating poems is a difficult task.
With this one I only tried to "deliver" the pictures, as clear as I could ...
Eitherway if I was a reader, I might not understood the feeling of it.

ποιος έλυσε της θάλασσας τα μάγια;
You watch the sea for uncountable hours
and how the wild waves flap on the shore.
You're changing colors like winter's birds
and I'm enclosed into your eyes' circles.
One man looks for anchor the other for sail,
(but) the thing we were awaiting for, is yet to show up.
The night smiles (to us) like an old witch,
selling us islands of corals.
Who is the one who changed course of time,
who is the one who solved sea's spells?
Don't deny me this excursion,
even if we're like shipwrecks when we return.
One man looks for balsam the other for being wounded,
"sences of truth" are equal to the amount of people on earth.
The night smiles (to us) like an old witch,
selling us islands of corals.

"Gilgamesh, where are you hurrying to?
You will never find that life for which you are looking.
When the gods created man they allotted to him death,
but life they retained in their own keeping"
