This sounds Spanish to me, though I'm not sure if that's the case...

I'm portuguese and I can tell you this is not Spanish. To me, it sounds like either Latin or Italian, but Thomas himself said this is an invented language. We still don't know the translation for the lyrics.
Btw I love this song.
