Can anyone help me with this song???

I have a question about a song that I really don't know anything about! In the chorus ( think it is)it goes something like this I'm coming home to you. " And something with "I know we can make it." It was used at Vh1,in one of the commercials for Vh1 when they go to regular commercials. It was on a best of the 90's cd or a cd of the same kind. I heard this cd in 2000. I have tried to find the song but with this little information it is not easy. Hope there is someone out there that know this song.It is is a man that is singing the song..99,9%sure about that. Thanks.
