70s, 80s, & 90s

Im looking for a song and an album i want to find. Im trying to find the artist and title of this song. This song is like a club,house, or mix type of song.You know how some songs are mixed in with other songs like they do on the radio. The beat is nice, it sounds like almost an african beat. It was real popular in the mid 80s to early 90s. It's DEFINATELY NOT ROCK!!

Only thing i can remember about this song is that through the whole song a woman i think keeps saying "This Beat Is So Out Of Sight, This Beat Is So Alright"
The woman sounds like Lyn Collins associated with James Brown. It sounds like they're using a voice clip from her from a song she did with James Brown.

The other thing im looking for is an album. The album was an 8 track or record. It came out in the early 70s. The album is called "Alla Rakha meets Buddy Rich" Both artists are drum specialists and they're playin drums through out the whole album. Alla Rakha is indian and Buddy Rich is white.

James Brown has a song called "Same Beat" which is suppose to have Lyn Collins on vocals. I can not find lyrics for the song and the free 30 second downloads do not get pastthe male vocals saying "Same Beat".
