في إنّ is made of the two words "fi = in" and "enn = , that" and is a set expression? "Fi-enn fi el maw6'oo3" = Doubt in the matter ?
Or is this "إنّ" actually written differently and another word?

it is "enna" and not "en" there is a major difference between them
"en" = If
"Enna" = does't have a synonym in english but we use it in order to put an accent on something yani we use it for confirmation,that something already really happend/hapening/will happen
