famous Spanish style song that sounds like WAR

for the life of me i can not remember how this song goes..it sounds like its a song by WAR but ive searched and searched..ive seen it in movies..cant remember what movies.. the only lyric i can sort of remember is "down the Pacheco" of "down to the pacheco" but i dont even think he says that..haha this is a shot in the dark. i think its a white guy who sings the song..its a slower spanish style finger picking style.. i know they've used it in hollywood movies but have no clue what ones.

it kinda is like Summer by WAR if that helps..but the vocals are more monotone
