    I'm sure the last part you heard was me gusta bailar, I like to dance. So far all I found was Vamos a la playa (versions done by females), a 1983 song (Pintín Castellanos - Me Gusta Bailar) and a heavy rock song (6 voltios - No Me Gusta Bailar).

    Here's one video I found by a male singer, not sure about this one.
